Use the ChemiDoc MP Imaging System for imaging of gels and blots. Detect multiplex fluorescence, chemiluminescence, and a wide range of different stains.
The ChemiDoc MP Imaging System is a full-feature instrument for imaging and analyzing gels and western blots. It is designed to address multiplex fluorescent western blotting, chemiluminescence detection, general gel documentation applications, and stain-free technology imaging needs.
Performing Stain-Free western blotting using the ChemiDoc MP System provides the ability to rapidly assess electrophoresis and blot transfer quality prior to blot processing, to perform total protein normalization and multiplexing using a wide rance of fluorophores.
Mini and Midi ChemiDoc MP Stain-Free Western Blotting also include:
Product | Catalog Number |
ChemiDoc MP Imaging System | 17001402 |
ChemiDoc MP Stain-Free Western Blotting Workflow for Mini Gels | 17001395 |
ChemiDoc MP Stain-Free Western Blotting Workflow for Midi Gels | 17001389 |
Note: Also available are the ChemiDoc Imaging System (17001401), ChemiDoc Stain-Free Western Blotting Workflows for Mini Gels (17001403), and ChemiDoc Stain-Free Western Blotting Workflows for Midi Gels (17001390), which have a more limited fluorescence capability than ChemiDoc MP Systems. These systems can be upgraded to a broader spectrum (full RGB, far red, and near IR) to enable fluorescence multiplexing with the ChemiDoc to ChemiDoc MP Upgrade Kit (12003263).
